How much is configuration
The closer your product is to what the feature catalogue already covers, the less there is to build. A conventional store is a smaller project than a claims workflow nobody has automated before.

A brand-led interface with custom design takes considerably longer than a functional one. Often worth it — but it's the largest single variable.
How much integration
Connecting to systems you already run — an ERP, a warehouse, a payment provider we haven't used — is real work and gets estimated as such.

Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
No. Quarkino is deployed and configured for a project rather than signed up for, so a trial wouldn't show you anything useful.
Can we start small?
Yes — discovery is a defined, small piece of work with a real deliverable, and its cost is deductible from a subsequent build. It's the sensible way to find out whether we're a fit.
What if we want to leave?
Your data is yours and exports in standard formats. We don't build in exit friction.
Do we pay for updates?
Core updates and security fixes are included. New feature work is quoted separately.
Is hosting included?
Quoted per project. Quarkino runs on standard infrastructure — PostgreSQL, Redis, S3-compatible storage — and can be deployed to your own environment if you'd rather.
Can we license the core and also have you build the first project?
Yes, and it's a common arrangement. We deliver the first one and your team takes the second.
